SUNDAY SCHOOL, SUNDAY'S 9:30am

Sunday School is the weekly small group teaching ministry of Evangel Assembly. We believe Sunday School plays an essential role in the disciple-making process. Sunday School has proven its effectiveness by teaching biblical principles and godly living to people at every age and stage of life.

KID'S CHURCH, SUNDAY'S 10:30am

For children in grades K-6th, this time is an opportunity to connect with each other and Christ. Kids engage in relevant, high-energy activities and discussion in their weekly small group environments. These small groups reinforce the truths they are taught during each week’s large group time. There they learn Biblical truths through exciting worship songs, fun video clips, meaningful Bible lessons and heartfelt times of prayer. Download this week's Kid's Bulletin here.

BOYS & GIRLS MISSIONARY CRUSADE (BGMC)

BGMC is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. BGMC allows our missionaries to get the supplies they need in order to spread the gospel and reach the world. Our kids need BGMC because it teaches them about the needs around the world. Kids want to respond. This is a great opportunity for children to be involved in fulfilling the "Great Commission,” Matthew 28:19-20. Children receive a Buddy Barrel, a yellow plastic barrel in Kids Church. All month children are challenged to save their change. On the fourth Sunday of each month children should bring their barrels to Kids Church where the money is collected and given to Foreign Missions.

JUNIOR BIBLE QUIZ

Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) was created and designed to help children develop a love for the Bible and an understanding that its truth can guide their lives daily. It has been said that JBQ is the fastest growing discipleship program in children’s ministry. The ministry is an opportunity for students to cultivate a proper attitude in sportsmanship through competition. Through cooperative learning, quizzers” work together on teams to learn and understand the questions and answers from the Bible Fact-Pac. Then using cooperative competition the children meet with other teams for fun quiz matches.

KIDS MUSICALS

Enjoying singing or drama? All kids are invited to be a part of our Musical Programs that are usually performed twice a year in the Spring and Christmas.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (VBS)

VBS is a time for children from our church and our community to come together to learn God’s word. Past years’ VBS programs have used engaging themes - ranging from a Scuba Bible Adventure, a Lava Lava Island to a Serengeti Trek - all to bring home Bible truths through games, crafts, missions, stories, songs and snacks. Keep your ears open for what upcoming VBS has in store for you and your children.
